Elephant Mountain 'Cockatoo Clear' Shiraz
Hand picked over two days from a single vineyard on 14 and 15 March 2015. The grapes were fermented with 30% being left as whole bunches, leading to a complex and fruit driven wine. The wine was matured in a variety of French and American Oak Hogsheads.
Our Shiraz is aromatic with violets and red berry fruits, leading to a complete palate with fresh spice and white pepper characteristics
