Our returns
Mudgee Wine Shop respects its customers rights under Australian Consumer Law. We also accept that in rare situations, a product can be faulty, damaged or wrongly described. If this is the case, Mudgee Wine Shop will gladly exchange the product upon proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges are handled via email info@mudgeewineshop.com, or simply drop by our shop and our staff will be happy to resolve any issues.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
My order confirmation of fulfilment email never arrived?
Check your spam folder (usually there) or shoot us an email: matt@kellysirishpub.com.au
What if I need to change my shipping information?
Let us know via email at your earliest convenience and we will endeavour to get it changed.
My order arrived broken, what do I do?
Our courier companies will usually get in touch with us in the event that something is broken in transit although this is rare. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately. You will be notified of the new tracking number once the replacement parcel has been dispatched. If your parcel arrives broken, please get in touch with us as soon as possible for us to arrange appropriate replacements.
I think my wine is faulty, what do I do?
Cork taint can happen with out a warning. Please leave ¾ of the wine in the bottle and return for exchange or get in touch: matt@kellysirishpub.com.au
My order didn't arrive correct, what do I do?
We try and make sure this rarely happens, but in the event that human error gets the better of us, get in touch via email matt@kellysirishpub.com.au and we will correct it immediately.
Do you ship overseas?
We are currently only shipping within Australia.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped?
If the order is still in our possession and has not been handed over to couriers we can work with you to ship to a different address, get in touch ASAP.
Can I pick up my order from the store?
Yes, all in-store pickups for same day orders before 12pm will be ready for collection at 3:30pm. Orders after 12pm will be ready for collection at 3:30pm the next day.
Do you offer chilled wine on delivery?
At moment we unfortunately do not.
Can I order something that I can't see on the website?
Yes, we have wines in our wine bar cellars that might not be on the site, please get in touch for specific requests at matt@kellysirishpub.com.au
Pricing
All pricing is in AUD and is exclusive of delivery charges.
