Baker williams Gin XLCR

Baker Williams staple Gin, this new world/contemporary gin has been a go to since 2016.  

Hand-picked and processed in house, the citrus selection forms the backbone of this delicious gin. Cumquats grown at Cooyal (20mins from Mudgee), are combined with the zest of stunning Oranges from Gooree Park orchard to give its signature citrus zeal.  

Rounding out the gin with a range of botanicals, melding domestics, exotics and locals including juniper, coriander, cinnamon myrtle and cassia.  

Gin XLCR is the ideal refreshment for sipping on a hot summer afternoon.  

Serve on the rocks with a twist of orange or with ice and tonic water.
