At more over 50 years of age, the Craigmoor AC1 Block is a unique piece of Mudgee wine history, year in year out producing our best chardonnay grapes which we harvest by hand relatively early, and whole bunch press into new French oak barriques where it undergoes a native yeast fermentation. Complex and flavoursome, this is a tightly structured age-worthy wine that reflects the talented art of winemaking.
