Co-fermentation of Sangiovese, Zinfandel and Shiraz.

Fermented in neutral oak with time on lees and monthly stirring followed by a portion spending 1 month in new oak just prior to bottling. Bottled unfiltered.

11.5% Alc/Vol.

At first glance, hints of dried herbs sit comfortably in the glass followed by subtle fresh red fruits.

On tasting, underlying fresh red fruits, savoury mid palate, dry and textural with bright acidity to finish.
