Lowe Dragonfly White

This year's field blend is different to the ones you've had previously, rather than basing the wine on Semillon, Lowe has created a delicate balance of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon and Vermentino - all from the Central Ranges (Orange) so the cool climate acidity has kept it dry. 

This combination of varieties has allowed for depth of flavour amongst a wet vintage and kept it a true reflection of the terroir they are from. Soft and dry, this is delicious served as an aperitif while admiring the new season bud-bursts, or with light foods.
