Petersons Shiraz Cabernet

Vibrant raspberry red in colour with blood red and cerise hues. Lifted and complex fruit aromas of fruits of the forest and sour cherry. There are also nuances of wood smoke with hints of freshly turned earth. Mid weight, juicy, dry and soft. The upfront fruit flavours are of black and red fruits of boysenberry, blackberry and alpine strawberry. 

The mid palate is savoury with hints of dried mixed herbs. The back palate is soft, long and dry with cleansing acidity.
