This wine was aged in seasoned French & American oak for 8 months, to achieve softness and delicacy of flavour without overpowering the soft fruit flavours.

This unique blend is a soft, approachable red with an expressive bouquet of bright red cherry and spice. The traditional Shiraz flavours of black fruits are lifted with the inclusion of Riesling which transports the flavours to the top of the palate, expressing flavours of red fruit, cherry & baking spices.

The tannins are soft & supple – perfect for drinking with lighter foods or through warmer weather.
