Robert Stein Third Generation Chardonnay

A near perfect growing season produced excellent fruit across all varieties. A wet winter followed by a relatively dry summer saw crop levels lower than normal, but the quality of the fruit taken from a selection of Mudgee Region vineyards was high. 

Robert Stein used more traditional methods, giving the wine a little more time in oak, but still keeping it as a fresh modern lighter style. Stone fruits, citrus and melon are followed by the subtle richness of the oak and a clean crisp finish. 

Will go well with any chicken dish, roasted or BBQ. In winter it will complement those rich creamy pasta and soup dishes.
