Intense red fruit to the fore, underlaid with brambles and hints of cypress pine smoke. The midpalate is more about spice, with pepper berry and rosemary woodiness. A medium to heavy bodied red that sits almost delicately on the palate. Beautiful, soft, and well-rounded tannins lead into a clean, vibrant, fruit-led finish that lingers in the mouth.
A nose of blackberry pie – toasted warmth with rich red and black fruit notes. Distinctly peppery with herbaceous dryness.
