2019 Elephant Mountain Chardonnay
With beautiful fruit harvested from the local vineyard at Farmers Quarters, this Chardonnay has a pale straw colour, with soft citrus and nutty characters. The palate is medium bodied with a full texture from 9 months in lees, and a rich buttery finish.
Pairs excellent with meaty fish and shellfish.
