In the early days at our Katoomba brewpub, we brewed a small batch of juicy, tropical, hazy beer and called it Status Quo. Today, it's our flagship beer that celebrates everything we love about craft beer and its proof that our awesome community have the power to take us places we'd never dreamed of... like winning GABS twice!
