Petersons Chardonnay

Rich, ripe, juicy and clean. This Chardonnay has rich aromas of stone fruits, a combination of Peaches Apricots and Nectarines with hints of vanilla. The palate is definitely ripe, generous, with good acidity that gives this wine a fresh and clean mouth feel. There is also slight creaminess in the texture of the wine. The back palate is clean, soft, dry and lingering. 

Pairs perfectly with any simple oily seafood such as Grilled Sardines, Mackerel or Classic Salmon with a butter sauce. Even a lovely bitey cheddar.
