The Pocketwatch Chardonnay is a lively and refreshing wine made from grapes of the Central Ranges of New South Wales blended together using oak and tank fermentation. The Oatleys, a well - known and historic wine family created this wine as a fine example of modern - day Australian Chardonnays.  

With enticing aromas of peach and pineapple along with a palate filled with juicy pineapple and fig flavours, this flavoursome wine has a creamy and spicy oak texture with hints of vanilla, leading to a lengthy and textured finish. James Halliday, renowned wine critic, gave it 5 stars calling it an ‘exemplary - quality and sophisticated’ wine.
