Robert Stein Reserve Chardonnay

Mudgee is a great place to grow Chardonnay and 2022 provided optimal growing conditions.

The fruit was hand picked , whole bunch pressed and fermented in 50% new French oak. The use of wild yeasts and a small amount of malolactic fermentation gives texture and complexity.

This Chardonnay displays citrus and stone fruit notes, with the complex and creamy pallet balanced by a driving acidity.
