Robert Stein Sparkling Shiraz


The dark blood red colour leads to a brambly, fruit cakey nose. The palate is earthy with star anise and fruit cake flavours. The finish is balanced with effervescence and a touch of sweetness. Serve chilled. 

Made from Shiraz from Robert Stein’s1976 block, the wine was aged for 12 months in American oak before being made into a Sparkling. This Sparkling is made by the traditional Charmat method whereby a secondary fermentation is performed in a specially designed pressure tank.
